ETiCA (Global) is a not-for-profit social enterprise. As such, our training & advisory work is delivered on a mixed model that balances ethical access with organisational sustainability.
Foundation-level training is routinely provided pro bono to support awareness-raising, capability development, & the dissemination of evidence-based, non-coercive interviewing principles. Specialist, advanced, & bespoke training, together with professional and technical advisory services, are commissioned on a cost-recovery basis. This enables ETiCA (Global) to maintain independence, quality assurance, & long-term capacity whilst ensuring work is appropriately scoped, governed, & evaluated. Where organisations face genuine financial constraints, access arrangements may be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
