ETiCA (Global) delivers evidence-based interview training tailored to organisational needs across diverse sectors and countries. Our training encompasses questioning techniques, rapport and empathy, memory, vulnerability, trauma, neurodiversity, and ethical investigative interviewing practice.
Our Approach: ETiCA (Global) is a not-for-profit social enterprise. Foundation-level training is routinely provided pro bono to support awareness-raising and capability development. Specialist, advanced, and bespoke training are commissioned on a cost-recovery basis. Where organisations face genuine financial constraints, access arrangements can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
