ETiCA (Global) provides ethical training for organisations & professionals responsible for interviews, investigations, & sensitive enquiries across public, private, & third-sector settings. Training is grounded in psychological science, international human rights standards, & professional ethics. Our training is designed to protect individuals, support sound decision-making, and safeguard organisations.

ETiCA (Global) delivers training to policing & criminal justice agencies, as well as Human Resources, regulatory, corporate, & compliance environments.
Foundation training is offered pro bono.
This foundation programme outlines the principles of non-coercive interviewing/interrogation and introduces evidence-based best practice. The training includes online workshops delivered via training videos and exercises, recommended readings, and other educational resources
Specialist/Advanced training
Is offered to meet the specific needs and requirements of an organisation in any of our expert domains which include interview practice, organisational change, and legal oversight and safeguarding. The fee schedule for specialist, bespoke, or advanced services is dependent on the status of the organisation involved (NGO/charity or commercial entity, etc.). For all face-to-face delivery, travel and subsistence costs must be met by the organisation.
ETiCA (Global) is a not-for-profit social enterprise. As such, our training & advisory work is delivered on a mixed model that balances ethical access with organisational sustainability.
Foundation-level training is routinely provided pro bono to support awareness-raising, capability development, & the dissemination of evidence-based, non-coercive interviewing principles.
Specialist, advanced, & bespoke training, togerther with professional and technical advisory services, are commissioned on a cost-recovery basis. This enables ETiCA (Global) to maintain independence, quality assurance, & long-term capacity while ensuring work is appropriately scoped, governed, & evaluated.
Where organisations face genuine financial constraints, access arrangements may be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
